			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The new year is a time of introspection.  It&#8217;s a reminder for us to look backward at the past year, as well as ahead.  What does the future hold?  A year older.  Wow.</p>
<p>Some people set new year&#8217;s resolutions.  Screw that, you&#8217;ll only be on the diet for a month TOPS!</p>
<p>I am going to do 100 push ups.. not as a resolution, but because it is a CHALLENGE.</p>
<p>I love push ups.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m talking about push ups.. ya know.. the drop and gimme 20 kind.</p>

<p>I am accepting the challenge at <a href="http://hundredpushups.com/" target="_blank">hundredpushups.com</a>.  This morning, I did 20.. so only 80 more to go! ( Oh wait, I have to do them all at ONCE?)</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the lowdown:</p>
